FRONTIERS is an international mission agency. It was formed a little over 20 years ago in the belief God uses ordinary people to achieve His purposes in extraordinary ways. At that time there was just one Christian worker in the Muslim world for every one million Muslims! Teams of like-minded people take their professions, gifts and dreams and live out the love of God in Muslim communities. They look to see strong, reproducing, indigenous communities of Muslim followers of Jesus established where often there is none at all. FRONTIERS is clearly focused in this respect but practices a very flexible, field-led approach to the work. FRONTIERS recognises the great importance of the local church in mission. We work in partnership with churches here in the Philippines to prepare and enable teams for this amazing work among, as yet, unreached Muslim people groups. We desire to see God's Kingdom come in every area of life. Teams are often involved in transformational development work and community projects.
