Road to the Field: Sending Church

Frontiers partners with sending churches to plant churches among unreached Muslim peoples. During the applicant's preparation process, we desire that the applicant's church be involved as much as possible.

What We Are Looking For:
We believe that young and relatively inexperienced Christians can succeed in church planting if they are eager for coaching and upgrading along the way.  As the Personnel Coordinator assists each applicant through this process, Frontiers will be looking for:

  • A commitment to glorify God among Muslim peoples.
  • A clear Christian testimony tested over time.
  • A consistent practice of the Christian disciplines.
  • Resilience, adaptability and perseverance.
  • A passion for God and his glory in the church.
  • A hunger to grow and learn.
  • Restlessness with the status quo in the task of serving Muslims.
  • A solid link with a sending church.
  • Fruitful evangelism and disciple-making experience.
